I could do with investing in a piping bag to give a more professional finish to the icing!
Ingredients for 12 cakes - 3 eggs, 6oz margarine/butter (stork), 6oz caster sugar and 6oz self raising flour.
For the icing - 2 1/2 oz butter, 4 oz icing sugar and 10 large drops of food colouring.
